RESIDENCE DRAHOBEJLOVA, PRAGUE

I’m delighted and  proud to be associated with Residence Drahobejlova, a great little development in Prague 9.  Once a gritty part of Prague this is now an up-and-coming area offering great public transport, sophisticated shopping at Galerie Harfa and exceptional investment value in a growing European city.

The images below are meant to be a mere indication of what can be achieved in a small space.  The accent in this design was on maximising light and space, and adding a level of luxury on a limited budget.  However all units can be customised to the lifestyle and needs of the buyers/tenants.   So whether it is laid -back,  playful,  sophisticated or glitz and glamour,  I can create a fabulous home for you and those who share it – no matter the size of the unit you choose.

Top view of Show Unit 311:

A multi-functional space offering a work station with natural light.

Entrance hall

Giving the unit an international feel – with a touch of red in the entrance hall to bring good fortune into the home…

Kitchen and dining room, maximising light reflection from white and metallic wallpaper.

Several options of kitchen, dining room, finishes

Living room with “les touches des rouges” (a touch of red)
Living room with work station
Living room with a warmer colour scheme
“Warm” living room with work station
Bedroom with a “chill out station”

Eeero Aarnio Bubble Chair; jewel-coloured Moroccan throw and cushions, and a Hundertwasser graphic

Finally – don’t let your budget deter you from creating a fabulous space in which to work and live.

A simple touch of magic can change the energy and feel of a home.

Let’s talk – a modest investment could add huge value to your property!
